Welcome Students and Residents

We have created a special section for student and resident members of IRHA. These pages contain information of particular interest to those in undergraduate or graduate school, including medical, nursing, social work, pharmacy, physical or occupational therapy, dental and public health students. Topics will also be relevant to those in residency or fellowship programs, especially with an interest in rural and underserved populations.

Look for future opportunities to showcase your research or professional projects, join discussion groups with other students and residents, and stay up-to-date on educational events and opportunities in your communities. If you missed collecting materials about the All of Us Research Program at the Idaho Interprofessional Student Conference at Boise State University on August 9 and 10, 2019, here are PDFs of the flyers that were available. The All of Us Research Program is a historic effort to gather data from one million or more people living in the United States to accelerate research and improve health. By taking into account individual differences in lifestyle, environment, and biology, researchers will uncover paths toward delivering precision medicine.
